How To Join WE Gold With Your Number

• To migrate from other networks to WE Gold, you must visit the nearest WE branch and the migration process will be completed within only 24 hours.

Enjoy Sharing Your Bundle With Your Family

• You can share your minutes and mobile gigabytes with up to 6 members according to each price point
• You can add extra members to family group with 10 EGP per member and the fees will to be added to your monthly bill
• Family members can be subscribers of any of the following plans (12Pts, Kix, Super Kix, New Kix, Kix Plus, Tazbeet, Indigo 5, 30, 70, 150, 250 or 500)
• You can add family members and share your bundle through My WE app,*800# or call the call center on 500 for more details.
• Once the member is added to the family group, you should add consumption limit to the minutes and mobile gigabytes.
• Consumption limits are renewed automatically on monthly basis. In case the family group owner adjusted the limit, the new limit will be renewed automatically.
• You can also pay the mobile payments of your family members either partially or fully.
• Family group owner can modify or delete the members. Members also can remove themselves from the group.
• Family group members can’t either join any other family groups nor he/she could be an owner of a another family group
• Family group members will be granted 10,000 intra-minutes to make calls between each other and between members and owner only.
• Family group owner can’t share add-ons with group members as add-ons are consumed by group owner only except when subscribing in Nitro Family add-ons

WE Bonus Monthly Points

• You will accumulate monthly points to be redeemable at WE stores and WE Bonus partners network
• Each WE Gold bundle will be granted monthly bonus points when paying the monthly invoice, excluding taxes and installments.
• You can redeem every 100 points for 5 EGP at WE store or through WE Bonus partners network
• Points are not transferred or assigned to any other number. In case the line is deactivated, the use of the monthly points will be stopped.
• Points are valid for 2 years from the date of receiving them.

Device Annual Voucher

• Starting WE Gold 400, you will receive an annual device voucher
• The voucher's validity is just one year
• The voucher will be redeemed with only handsets, accessories and routers available in WE stores
• The voucher can’t be used to buy a line, pay a bill or renew a bundle
• In case of bundle upgrading or downgrading during the year you will receive the voucher according to the bundle with the longer period
• You will be eligible to receive your first device voucher after paying 12 complete bills excluding prorated bills, after 12 months from joining WE Gold with condition that there are no due bills.
• The voucher can be deducted partially or totally from the device value.

Landline Subscription

• With WE Gold, enjoy your all on one bundle through adding your landline
• Starting WE Gold 200,you can subscribe in WE Ardy current packages (20, 35, 65) with additional monthly fees added to your monthly invoice.
• Starting WE Gold 800, get WE Ardy 20. You can also upgrade to WE Ardy 35 and 15 EGP will be added to your monthly fees
• Terms and conditions apply for landline contract and installation
• Landline subscription is optional to all WE Gold plans

• All WE Gold customers will get monthly subscription in Jawwy TV
• Starting WE Gold 200, enjoy subscription in Jawwy TV to enjoy your favorite movies and series.
• The subscription will be renewed automatically with the bundle renewal.

General Terms And Conditions

• Starting WE Gold 1000, you will have a dedicated customer care
• All bundles prices are tax exclusive
• WE Gold line price is 81.23 EGP for all price points
• The monthly invoice will be issued on either 1st or the 16th of each month according to the customer’s bill cycle
• Customers are not eligible to downgrade WE Gold bundle before 6 months and up to 12 months in case of receiving special dials and based on the price point
• WE Gold customer is responsible for paying all contracting fees, change of ownership and service installation fees for Fixed Internet, WE Air and Landline.
