How to use the service:

• When you are out of balance and try to make a call will be directed to call completion IVR
• You can choose one of the call completion services (Salefny /Poke call / collect call / please call me)
• You can choose the best option that suits you.

Conditions:

• This service is available for prepaid and control customers only.
• The caller should not be able to make a call
• The pool limit for call completion services is 1 EGP.
• Service fees 5 PT for poke call and collect call
