Dex Cordless D1005 installment plan for 6 months:

All WE landline subscribers can purchase a cordless landline phone with 6 months installment plan. Installment payment plan (without tax) will be as follows:

  • Down payment: EGP 250
  • Equal installments for 5 months: EGP 250 per month
  • Total installment period including down payment is 6 months.

Dex Cordless D1005 installment plan for 12 months:

All WE landline subscribers can purchase a cordless landline phone with 12 months installment plan. Installment payment plan (without tax) will be as follows:

  • Down payment: EGP 135
  • Equal installments for 5 months: EGP 135 per month
  • Total installment period including down payment is 12 months.

Terms & Condition:

  • Installment is available through WE stores according to stock availability.
  • Installment is available only for prepaid home landline subscribers ( Monthly and quarterly).
  • Normal cutoff procedures shall be applied in case you didn’t pay your installment in due time.

The subscriber can use one of the following alternatives:
  1. Main bundle early renewal

    The subscriber can renew his main bundle early before bundle renewal date and renewal date will be changed accordingly to this date.

  2. Subscription to Extra WE add-ons (one time or recurring):

  3. Charging with out-of-the-bundle tariff is as follows:

    In case customers wants to charge or use his balance to make calls he will be charged with out-of-the-bundle tariff.

What is the difference between postpaid and prepaid?

Prepaid is available in different cycles while postpaid is only monthly with same subscription fees & resources Life cycle differs between prepaid & postpaid

What are the advantages of prepaid bundle?

Prepaid bundle is a payment type for landline, it provides subscribers with control over landline consumption, and enjoying new services such as recharge balance, renew bundle, consumption follow up, balance inquiry, reminders that balance is about to be consumed, balance transfer service, Salfny and others. The most privilege is Self-landline management through digital channels such as My We or my.te.eg without the need to go to one of WE stores or call 111.

How can the subscriber upgrade or downgrade his/her bundle?

The subscriber can upgrade or downgrade his/her bundle at any time via My WEmy.te.eg, any WE store or 111, existence of sufficient balance with required bundle subscription fee, and upgrading & downgrading is recommended to be one day only before renewal date to avoid losing any remaining resources.

Will the unused minutes within the bundle be carried forward to the next month?

No, unused minutes will not be carried forward to the next month

Will the bundle be renewed automatically?

The bundle will be renewed automatically, on time if there is sufficient balance in your account.

What will happen in case of bundles non-renewal?

The life cycle process will be applied in case the bundle is not renewed in the renewal date as follows:
