1. Indigo and Fixed Internet Current Customers:

• If you were an Indigo customer starting from Indigo 225 for 6 months or more, you can benefit from the handset installment immediately once you migrate to WE Gold.
• If you were a Fixed Internet customer starting from Super 200 for 12 months or more, you can benefit from the handset installment immediately once you migrate to WE Gold.

2. New WE Gold Customers:

• Starting WE Gold 260, you can benefit from the handset installment feature after 12 months.
• Starting WE Gold 775, you can benefit from the handset installment feature after 6 months.
• You can benefit from the handset installment feature only if there are no due bills.

With WE Gold, use your minutes and mobile internet allowance with more flexibility

• Local minutes to WE or other networks will be charged 1:1
• Mobile internet will be charged 1:1
• If you run out of mobile internet, you can get mobile gigabytes using your minutes bundle with a rate (1 mobile megabyte = 1 minute)
• If you run out of mobile internet and minutes, you can get mobile gigabytes using your fixed internet bundle with a rate (1 mobile megabyte = 20 fixed internet megabytes)
• No separate allowance for SMS, it will be deducted from local minutes allowance (1 SMS = 1 minute)
• Unused mobile internet gigabytes will be carried over to the following month
• If you consume all the minutes and mobile internet, you can follow any of the below options:
  • You will be charged for the mobile internet by any of the below options:

• Starting WE Gold 1300, enjoy outgoing calls to Egypt and the rest of the world by dialing *800*11# during your flight as per the below table:

Follow the below steps during the flight:

1. Switch your phone on, make sure airplane mode is off.
2. Your phone will automatically connect to the AeroMobile network. The network name may be different according to the mobile.
3. If your phone does not connect to the AeroMobile network automatically, you will need to go to 'Carrier' in your phone settings and manually select AeroMobile.
4. Once connected, you'll receive a welcome text from AeroMobile. You'll likely receive a text message from your mobile network operator.
5. You can now use your WE Flight minutes.
