How can I subscribe?

For prepaid and postpaid customers, you can subscribe on any roaming bundles before traveling you can check roaming services availability, roaming bundles & rates in the country you are going to visit, For WE prepaid customers make sure you have enough credit to use while roaming.

We recommend to call us on 111 before traveling to check your SIM card and activate roaming service.

What should I do upon arrival?

We will send you welcome SMS with the roaming services prices rates and bundles, and we recommend to subscribe in one of the available roaming bundles, your phone will automatically register to the first network the phone detects upon arrival, we recommend keep this SMS on your phone for further reference.

How to save data usage?

Turn off Automatic Updates Some phones and computers have programs that automatically download updates and new updates once they are connected to the internet. Turn off automatic updates before you roam as they might consume a considerable volume of data and we recommend to subscribe in one of the available roaming bundles
