Contracting Process

You can fill the installation request form at the nearest exchange and the contract will be signed according to technical feasibility.

Required Documents to New Contracts

Owner contract or any document to prove the entity activity utility services receipt (electricity, gas or water, both original and get the hard copy to the exchange in addition to the following:

  • Both original and copy of the paper of attorney (official paper of attorney - special paper of attorney for dealing with Telecom Egypt).
  • Copy of the tax card.
  • Copy of the Commercial Register..
  • Company delegation letter with bank validity signature.
  • Copy of the ID card of the delegate.
  • Copy of the tax card
  • Copy of the Commercial Register.
