In case the bundle’s minutes were consumed, subscriber can use one of the following alternatives:

Dunning Process:
  • Bill is issued monthly.
  • Grace period is 20 days starting from bill issue date.
  • Barring period starts from second day of the end of grace period for 5 days.
  • Suspension period starts after ending of barring period.

What are available bill cycles?

The currently applied bill cycle is only monthly. Life cycle differs between prepaid & postpaid

How will I be charged in case of switching to the monthly bill?

Monthly bill is issued on the 1st day of each month and includes your subscriptions bundle fee and the consumption during the month preceding the bill issuance.

Is there any penalty applied in case of bill late payment?

Late fee of 10 pounds per month is applied for a period of 4 months only, starting from the day the customer is transferred to receiving only.

How can the subscriber upgrade or downgrade his/her bundle?

The subscriber can upgrade/ downgrade his bundle at any time via My WE app, my.te.eg, 111 or any WE store, and in case subscriber upgrade/ downgrade before renewal date, the subscriber bill will include the old bundle subscription fee & new bundle subscription fee according to date of subscription with benefit of unused old bundles minutes in addition to new bundle minutes assigned based upon upgraded/ downgraded date.

Will the unused bundle minutes be carried forward to the next month?

No, unused bundle minutes will not be carried forward.

What will happen if the landline bill is not paid on its due date?

The dunning process will be applied if a bill is not paid by its due date as follows:

Bill Issue Receiving only Suspension
Service will be valid for outgoing & incoming calls for 20 days from bill issued. Service will be receiving only for 5 days. Service will be suspended and fixed internet will be affected.
Ex:
Grace period will be from 1st of Jan. till 20th of Jan.
Ex:
21st of Jan. till 25th of Jan.
Ex:
from 26th of Jan. service will be suspended and fixed internet will be affected.
